The Town of Westfield has an extensive array of resolutions and ordinances on record.  This page will focus on "current and active" resolutions/ordinances executed over the past 5-6 years.  It may include some older documents that are important for Town citizens to have knowledge of.  It will not include resolutions/ordinances that have been rescinded and replaced to reflect current laws and legal language.  We plan to have a complete Excel spreadsheet of ordinances/resolutions on file with the Town Clerk at some point in the future.  Note, however, that this is an extensive, time consuming project that we anticipate will take many months to complete.
